En Route to the Cabin
How lucky I feel that everytime we head up to the cabin, I get to see this gorgeous view of Longs Peak. What a pristine day. Pikes Peak rises 7,800 feet in 7.25 miles from the town of Manitou Springs at its eastern base. This is the greatest elevation rise from base to summit of any Colorado mountain. Elevation: 14,115 feet (4,302 meters)

Construction At Riverside
We're working on a small privacy area that will include an outdoor shower and tub. Here's the start of the construction.
We just can't lift those bags of cement like we use to Hah! Neighbors are finding it interesting that 2 girls and a wheelbarrow can do this stuff.
